The Challenge
Across Europe and globally, ESG compliance, climate disclosure, and responsible finance are becoming mandatory, yet underlying systems remain fragmented, manual, and disconnected from real economic activity. Institutions rely on delayed reports, third-party certifications, and post-facto audits that are costly, difficult to verify, and prone to greenwashing and regulatory risk.
Our Solution
Ethyx addresses this gap by embedding ESG, governance, and policy metadata directly into digital workflows such as invoices, contracts, grants, subsidies, and supply-chain transactions. Instead of treating ESG as an external score, we encode sustainability and compliance logic at the transaction level, enabling automatic verification, real-time monitoring, and regulator-ready audit trails by design.

AI models process structured and unstructured data to generate ESG, risk, and compliance signals, while programmable logic triggers incentives, restrictions, or policy actions automatically based on verified data.
